WELDING AND FABRICATION (LEVEL 2 NVQ)
LOCATION: QUALITRAIN ENGINEERING ACADEMY, ALFRETON, DE55 7DQ
DURATION: 6 WEEKS (4 DAYS A WEEK, NO FRIDAYS)
DATE: COURSES ARE ON-GOING, EVERY 6 WEEKS.
ELIGIBILITY: CANDIDATES MUST BE OVER 19 AND ON BENEFITS TO BE FULLY FUNDED.
Delivered by our partners qualitrain engineering academy, this sector based work academy programme is the perfect course if you are looking for a quick gateway in to the engineering industry. On this course you will learn the fundamentals of engineering along with mig welding, sheet metal components and thermal cutting skills, gaining you a full level 2 nvq in performing engineering operations. Once you finish this course you will also be guaranteed an interview for a local engineering job.
MACHINING (LEVEL 2 NVQ)
LOCATION: BARROW HILL ROUNDHOUSE, STAVELEY, S43 2PR
DURATION: 6 WEEKS (4 DAYS A WEEK, NO FRIDAYS)

On this course you will learn the fundamentals of mechanical maintenance, turning and milling skills on both manual and cnc machinery. You will walk away with a full level 2 nvq in performing engineering operations. Once you finish this course you will also be guaranteed an interview for a local engineering job.
