All of the personal information we process from our website is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You submitted our “Request a call back” form

  • You submitted our “Find Talent” form

  • You submitted our “Recruit an Apprentice” form

  • You submitted our “Pre-Employment Training Application” form

We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil our service of responding to your enquiries, related to the forms named above.

We may share this information with organisations we work with in which we deem you a suitable applicant for either their vacancies or training programmes, such as; temporary or permanent employment, apprenticeships, NVQ’s, commercial training and other forms or training and employment.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You provide us with consent when you tick the terms and conditions box on each form on our website.

You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@morestarts.co.uk and formally requesting the removal of your consent along with any of your data which was previously collected.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep all your personal data shared with us for a maximum of 10 years from your form submittance. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting the data from our documents and servers.
