Candidate Referrals - Earn £200!
If you know somebody who is interested in our current vacancies or similair positions, and resides in the East Midlands and/or South Yorkshire region, we are happy to reward you for the connection if we successfully place them in a new role.
Candidate referral terms
To be eligible for the £200 reward:

The candidate must be new to Morestarts and have not previously applied for one of our roles on any job board site.

The candidate must remain with their new employer for at least 8 weeks.

You must know the candidate, to prove this you must email us with the candidates details and CC them into the email.

You accept that once the candidate has completed 8 weeks at their new employer, you will allow up to 4 weeks to receive your voucher.

You accept that the £200 will be gifted as a voucher and NOT cash. We are happy to donate the £200 to a charity of your choice if preferred and provide evidence of the donation.

This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with the Client Introduction scheme. If you are referring both a client and candidate, we will reward a one-off total of £300
By referring a candidate, you hereby agree to the terms as set out above:
New Client Introductions - Earn £300!
If you know of an engineering/manufacturing company that needs Welders, Fabricators, Platers or similar staff. We will happily reward you for the introduction if we successfully place a candidate in one of their roles.
New Client Introduction terms
To be eligible for the £300 reward:

The client must be new to Morestarts and have not previously worked together or have been in correspondence with each other.

You must know the client, to prove this you must introduce us to them via email to info@morestarts.co.uk and CC the relevant contact in the email using their business email address.

The client must sign our terms of business

We must place a candidate with the employer within 6 months

You accept that we will only reward the voucher once the invoice for our first placement has been paid by the client
